All nationwide deliveries are dispatched from our Kenol Centre in Murang’a County to all other counties across Kenya, as well as cross-border destinations in East Africa.

• Central Kenya: Daily parcel and courier dispatch to Nyeri, Murang’a, Kiambu, Kirinyaga, Nyandarua, and Meru regions.
• All 47 Counties in Kenya: Logistics reaching Rift Valley, Western, Nyanza, Coast, Eastern, and North Eastern counties via trusted courier networks.
• East Africa Region: Cross-border dispatch to Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda via regional parcel transport services and customs clearing partners.

3. Delivery Methods

• Door-to-Door Courier Delivery: Dispatched via official parcel courier partners directly to your farm, office, or residential address.
• Bus & Station Parcel Service: Station-to-station parcel pickup using regional transport lines.
• Company-Arranged Trucking: Dedicated vehicle transport organized for large-volume farm orders or multi-hive apiary projects.
• Customer Collection: Self-pickup from our Kenol Centre in Murang’a County during operational hours.
• Bulky Freight Transport: Specialized freight handling for heavy honey extractors, comb presses, and timber hives.

4. Small-Item vs. Bulky-Item Packaging

Small Items: Hive tools, uncapping knives, bee brushes, smokers, suits, veils, gloves, bee attractant lures, and beeswax foundation sheets are packaged in secure cartons or courier flyers for fast transit.

Bulky Items: Langstroth hives, Kenya Top Bar hives, 2/3/4/6-frame stainless extractors, metal hive stands, and wax slabs are packed in reinforced palleted or protective wrapping for heavy-duty transit.

5. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Workflow

1. Payment Confirmation: Order enters queue once M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer payment is verified.
2. Stock Inspection: Timber components and stainless welds undergo quality inspection.
3. Protective Packaging: Equipment is wrapped in protective film and corrugated cardboard.
4. Courier Dispatch: Package is assigned to shipping carrier and waybill code generated.
5. Tracking Notification: Tracking or waybill details are sent to your phone/email via SMS or WhatsApp.

6. Self-Collection at Kenol Premises

If you select self-collection during checkout:

• Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
