1. Policy Overview

At Nollamax Enterprises Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our Langstroth beehives, stainless steel honey extractors, protective clothing, and beekeeping tools. This Returns and Refunds Policy sets out the terms under which items purchased on https://nollamax.co.ke may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, un-assembled, unwashed, and free from colony wax or propolis residue. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@nollamax.co.ke or WhatsApp at 0791 053 010.
2. Include your WooCommerce Order Number, contact phone/WhatsApp, photos of the item and packaging, and reason for return.
3. Our support team will review your request and issue Return Authorization instructions.
4. Ship or drop off the item at our premises following the issued instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

4. Proof of Purchase

All returns and warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase, such as a WooCommerce Order ID, official M-Pesa transaction reference code, Tax Invoice, or receipt issued by Nollamax Enterprises Ltd.

5. Product Condition & Original Packaging

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging, including all inner protective wrapping, component boxes, instruction guides, hive frames, and accessories.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Products Delivered

If we deliver an item that differs from your order confirmation or if your equipment arrives with courier transit damage / manufacturing defects (e.g. cracked hive bodies or leaking extractor welds), notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace or repair the item at zero additional courier cost to you.

7. Missing Items

If your consignment is missing expected components (e.g. missing smoker shield or hive queen excluder), notify us within 48 hours of package unboxing for swift dispatch of missing parts.

8. Non-Returnable Products

Due to health, bio-security, and apiary disease-prevention protocols, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened Food Products & Raw Honey: Honey jars, honeycombs, or edible hive products once unsealed.
• Used Protective Clothing: Suits, veils, or gloves that have been worn during hive inspections.
• Used Beekeeping Equipment: Hives, smokers, tools, or extractors that contain propolis, wax, honey, or bee contact.
• Custom Hives & Personalized Items: Custom-built timber hives or custom-branded gear once production has commenced.
• Opened Liquid Products: Bee attractant lures, swarm oils, or hive treatments once opened.
• Clearance Items: Products explicitly marked as final sale clearance.

9. Product Exchanges & Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges (e.g., swapping an unused suit size) are permitted subject to stock availability and customer payment of exchange courier charges.

If the return is due to Nollamax error or defective goods, Nollamax covers return shipping. For change-of-mind or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return transport costs.

10. Refunds & Order Cancellations

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment channel (M-Pesa number, bank transfer, or card account) within 3 to 7 business days following return inspection approval.

Orders cancelled prior to courier dispatch will receive a full refund. Dispatched orders are processed under standard return terms.

11. Warranty Claims

For stainless steel extractors or processing machinery covered under manufacturing warranty, submit proof of purchase and a description of the defect to our technical service team for repair or part replacement.
